Absolutely. Every item undergoes a rigorous multi-step authentication process by our team of experts before being listed. We guarantee 100% authenticity on all products.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the exclusive nature of our curated collection, we generally do not offer returns. However, exchanges for size may be possible within 48 hours of delivery if the product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. We also offer EMI options through select banking partners at checkout.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the authentication and fulfillment process begins, and we are unable to stop the shipment.
